Growing up in a Jamaican household, dishes like jerk chicken, curry goat, and Jamaican patties weren’t just meals; they were celebrations. They reminded us of family gatherings, laughter, and the heart of flavor in food. When we came to Canada, we brought those flavors with us, mixing them with local ingredients to create something fresh, exciting and uniquely ours.
